AGGA Online is the Australian Glass and Glazing Association's Professional Development Learning Portal.
To maintain Accredited Company status a minimum of one (1) staff member must have satisfactorily
completed the AGGA AS1288 Accredited program.
Knowledge of the AS 1288 standard is an important pillar of the Accredited Company Program. While the minimum requirement is for one staff member to have completed the program, some companies are training multiple staff to this level of expertise, because of the added value to their business.
AS1288 Accredited Program - ONLINE
The AS1288 Accredited assessment is designed so that participants can demonstrate their understanding and ability to apply it in a real work scenario. There are no prerequisites to complete the program.
You will need to allow between 3-4 hours to complete the online program. At registration, you will be asked to create a username and password which can be use to save your progress and return to the program if you are unable to complete it in one sitting.
You must have a copy of the AS1288-2006 Glass in buildings - Selection and installation(R2016) and AS1288 Supplement 1 2006 (R2016).
AGGA recognises the importance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Successful completion of the program will ensure you are eligible for 5 CPD points.
